Time Worked Defined: The following provision constitutes the understanding of the parties with respect to defining "time worked" for the purpose of determining the number of hours required for overtime compensation eligibility. Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc. Training program means any program that provides information to and evaluates the knowledge of a Class A, Class B, or Class C operator through testing, practical demonstration, or another approach acceptable to the implementing agency regarding requirements for UST systems that meet the requirements of Section 2-3-1.Įnslavement means the exercise of any or all of the powers attaching to the right of ownership over a person and includes the exercise of such power in the course of trafficking in persons, in particular women and children Progressive discipline means a process of applying and documenting disciplinary actions progressing from less to more serious depending on the employee’s history and the nature of the offense. Workload means a special education teacher’s total number of minutes required for all due process responsibilities, including direct and indirect services, evaluation and reevaluation time, management of individualized education programs (IEPs), travel time, parental contact, and other services required in the IEPs. India Standard Time (IST) on working days and "Working Days" means Mondays to Fridays inclusive, but excluding bank and public holidays in India. Training means the reasonable costs associated with training and workshop participation under the Project, consisting of travel and subsistence costs for training participants, costs associated with securing the services of trainers, rental of training facilities, preparation and reproduction of training materials, and other costs directly related to course or workshop preparation and implementation.Ĭlassroom hour means no less than fifty (50) minutes of any one (1) clock hour during which the student participates in a learning activity under the supervision of a member of the faculty of the school.
Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day. WorkSafeBC means the Workers Compensation Board, a provincial Crown corporation created pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia)
Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.
